We participated in a chocolate making workshop which was quite silly and fun. We didn't actually make the chocolate as we expected, rather we learned about the process and then added any toppings and mixed them with a chocolate paste and put the paste into a mold. I added sea salt and cashews to my dark chocolate bar and Austin added sea salt and pistachios. Both were really tasty and didn't last long. We did grind the roasted cacao beans and made an ancient drink from milk, the crushed cacao beans, and some cinnamon. It was a very very milky version of hot chocolate.
