The Mehendi Party is a colorful bash where people get henna drawn onto their hands, women can get the tops of their hands and palms done while guys typically only get one hand (palm or forearm). When a women would get her hands done, there would be two artists each working at the same time drawing different patterns. They have two artists working simultaneously so that the dye will color your skin evenly. There, of course, was a band and a whole lot of dancing too!
