We went to the Pancake Bakery since it was recommended by a friend that lives in Holland. It additionally had the best ranked poffertjes online. Austin loves poffertjes; poffertjes are essentially little baby sweet pancakes with butter and powdered sugar on them. The last time Austin had these was 5+ years ago in Holland and he mentioned that they were equally as good as or even better than he remembers. I can confirm that they melted in your mouth.

Don't mind the sweaty look ;) it was quite hot and sunny out so we covered ourselves in sunscreen and still hit the city for a guided city tour and self-guided food tour.
