I was able to spend a few days in London with my sister, Madison, exploring the city and surrounding areas!

While she was working one of the days, I took a walking tour and learned many fun facts about London. I learned all about Larry the cat, the taxi drivers and their knowledge of every single London street within a 10km radius of the city, their annual Christmas tree gift from Norway, and so much more. On the tour of the city, I met a new friend named Mia. She is from Moldova and we spent the rest of the day walking around London and chatting; it was an absolute blast. I hope we are able to visit her in Moldova when we are in Eastern Europe!

Once Madison was wrapped up with work for the weekend, we had a big day of visiting Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford in one day, phew! Aside from that big day, we walked around the city each evening in awe of the Christmas lights, visited a few yummy restaurants, went to Harrods, and spent a lot of time jabbering and catching up. Austin also flew to London to see some friends there a few days after I landed so we all got brunch before she flew back to NYC. It was great to see her!
