Today we toured the world's largest Belgian chocolate museum, it was fantastic to learn all about the history of Belgian chocolate. We also got to sample nearly a dozen types of chocolate, phew -

Has anyone heard of ruby chocolate?! We just got introduced to that today on the tour and it was phenomenal. If you ever stumble across it, give it a try! We took our selfie with the fountain of it below, tough lighting but the chocolate looks tasty :)

The white boxes below are where we got to sample the chocolate. Each one had a different flavor circulating in the bin and you would pull the lever to put a dollop on your spoon to try it.
