We had a really nice Christmas together in a beautiful town called Pucón. There sadly weren’t any church services going on to celebrate the birth of Christ but we made the most of the day.

In the late morning, we made French toast and drank mimosas (a yummy tradition we have!).

After brunch, we watched a Christmas movie and then prepared for the big activity of the day: SKY DIVING! This was my second time going and Austin’s third time and we both loved it as much as we did the first time.

In Pucón, there is a massive volcano near called Volcano Villarrica and it is so stunning. There are many mountains, rivers and lakes so the nature is beautiful. Before our jump, we got an aerial plane tour of the entire area and we even flew over the volcano to feel its’ heat and check out the lava inside, it was crazy! The plane we were in was very small, there was enough space for 4 people (plus the pilot) total all sitting on/in each other’s laps, haha. The jump was especially thrilling this time because we stood out on the wheel cover platform before jumping. Austin even did a flip with his tandem guy! It was definitely an exhilarating afternoon that we both loved.

After skydiving, we FaceTimed our families and we made Pisco Sours and

homemade pasta that turned out really delicious!
