During our solo week of travel, I took a cooking class for some of my favorite Thai dishes. At the beginning of the day, we set off to a local market and learned all about new veggies, fruits, spices, and sauces thai cooking uses. We then went to the kitchen’s garden at their farm and learned about the herbs and veggies that they grow there. After we walked around the garden for a bit, we washed up and started cookin’!


I was able to make with the group khao soi with chicken, tofu pad thai, thai creamy & hot soup with prawns, spring rolls…and curry paste from scratch for the khao soi.
