We crossed the Friendship bridge between Laos and Thailand. We actually got to cross it three times… Leaving Laos took about 20 seconds and we got our bike paperwork sorted for exiting and thought we were set! Once we got to the Thai side, they were looking for our exit stamps from Laos and we said they didn’t stamp us but we have our bike paperwork. They said we needed to ride back to Laos to get our stamps and then come back…so off we went, hot and sweaty from the heat and humidity. We got the exit stamps from Laos and then we’re able to successfully enter Thailand on the Thai side, yahoo!
