We ventured an hour and a half down a dirt road to hike to a glacier viewpoint. The road was really rough getting out there but it was truly a beautiful drive despite the clouds and bit of rain. The glacier itself was really massive, we couldn’t see the entire thing because it continued up the valley and deeper into the mountains. We were scoping for
pumas and güiñas (small leopard cat) throughout the hike but sadly didn’t see any on the trial.
