Daly Waters pub was recommended to us by a friend who grew up in Australia. He mentioned it’s a pretty funky place so we were excited to check it out. I didn’t quite know what to expect for the town the pub was in but the pub and gas station (servo) were the entire town, ha! It was a place with a lot of character displaying all kinds of wild vintage license plates, photos, clothes, hats, undies, bras, and anything you can think of. They had delicious food, we shared some ribs and the meat just fell off the bone (yumm!). In the evenings, they have live music and also have a camping area. Since we were passing through during lunch, we figured next time we plan to stay the night there and check out the music and evening scene.

Despite being in the middle of nowhere, they had pretty solid WiFi too! Usually we don’t care about WiFi but I had my online bible study the morning we were passing through so I was able to join and see the ladies who are all over the USA, Malaysia, and Singapore. Austin was also able to catch up with one of his buddies on the phone while I had BSF.
