Los Cangilones de Gualaca are natural small but deep canyons and swimming pools in that were formed by the Estí River over many years. We went cliff jumping into the canyons and floated through the canyon to the main swimming area. It was the perfect thing for after a hot day in the full sun on the bike!

The spot was packed with local guy ranging from ages 14-22ish. They were all wild with their flips, dives, and jumping between each side of the canyon, about a 9ft gap. Austin and I could keep up with the dives and jumps but for me, hurling myself over the canyon was not an interest of mine, especially barefoot!
